Refund Policy – Drop-ins, Class Packs & New Member One-Week Trial

At Sculpt Fitness, we value our clients and strive to provide the best experience possible. However, due to the nature of our services, all purchases of drop-in classes, class packs, and the New Member One-Week Trial are considered final and non-refundable, except under the following acceptable conditions:

  • A duplicate purchase was made in error.

  • A system error occurred during payment processing.

  • The class was canceled by Sculpt Fitness and no alternative option was provided.

Refunds will not be issued for non-attendance, scheduling conflicts, or change of mind. We encourage clients to carefully review schedules and availability prior to purchasing.

Refund & Cancellation Policy – Memberships

Membership purchases at Sculpt Fitness represent a contractual agreement between the member and the studio. Refunds will not be issued for memberships under any circumstance, except in cases of:

  • Duplicate charges

  • Billing errors

We do allow membership cancellations under certain requirements, which may include:

  • Verified medical condition preventing participation in classes (documentation required).

  • Relocation outside of a reasonable distance from the studio (proof of new address required).

  • Other exceptional cases reviewed and approved by management.

All approved cancellations are subject to a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the remaining contract balance to cover administrative and contractual costs. This fee will be applied at the time of termination.

By enrolling in a membership, clients acknowledge that early termination is considered breaking a contract, and cancellations will only be approved when the outlined requirements are met.
